YouCanBookMe pricing explained: four plans and three billing terms
YouCanBookMe has four plans: Free, Individual, Professional and Team. The Free plan costs $0 and is limited to one calendar connection and one booking page. The paid plans are priced per month, and the Team plan is priced per member. All figures below come from youcanbook.me/pricing in US dollars, read on 2026-10-11.
The page offers three billing terms. Monthly billing is the base price, yearly billing takes 10% off and a two-year term takes 20% off, and every paid plan starts with a two-week trial. The big yellow numbers on the plan cards are the two-year prices, which is easy to miss. If you pay month to month, Individual is $9, not $7.20.

What YouCanBookMe does well
A Free plan that does real work
The Free plan includes a booking page with your logo, a configurable booking form, confirmation emails, video conferencing links, embedding and Stripe payments. Few booking tools let a person take payments before paying for anything.
Payments and SMS
You can charge at booking through Stripe and send text messages for confirmations and reminders. Stripe payments and SMS carry additional fees, but the capability is there, and the Professional plan adds a dedicated business line for texts.
Many calendars, not only Google
Availability can be checked against Google, Microsoft, Apple, Fastmail, Fruux and CalDAV calendars, and Professional connects up to six at once. People whose week is spread across several accounts need that.
Teams, round robin and automation
The Team plan adds round robin, roles and centralized billing. Professional adds workflows, no-show tracking, webhooks and Zapier, which suit a business where bookings feed other systems.
Free, and what it leaves out
Free is the plan most solo bookers should try first. It gives you one booking page that checks one calendar, takes payments, embeds on your site and sends confirmation emails. The limit that bites first is the single calendar connection: if you keep work and personal events in two calendars, availability will only reflect one of them.
The pricing page also lists the Free plan with up to seven form questions and no reminders. If no-shows are a problem for you, that is the first reason to look at Individual.
Three billing terms, three prices
Individual is $9 billed monthly, $8.10 billed yearly and $7.20 on a two-year term. Professional is $13, $11.70 and $10.40. Team is $18, $16.20 and $14.40 per member. The yearly saving is 10% and the two-year saving is 20%.
A two-year term means committing about $173 for Individual and $250 for Professional, so it only makes sense once you know the tool stays in your routine. The two-week trial is the cheaper way to find that out.
Individual or Professional
On yearly billing the gap is $3.60 a month, which is $43.20 a year. For that you move from two booking pages to ten, from two calendars to six, and gain workflows, promotion codes, Zapier and unlimited form questions.
If you offer several services, locations or meeting lengths, the ten pages and the ability to list resources on one page are the real draw. If you run one kind of meeting, Individual already covers it.
What one person pays over one, two and three years
Individual on yearly billing comes to about $97 after a year, $194 after two and $292 after three. Billed monthly the same figures are $108, $216 and $324. Professional on yearly billing is about $140, $281 and $421 over the same spans, assuming the prices stay where they are today.
The cost block lower on this page works out the scenarios above. YouCanBookMe can change its prices at any time, which is why each figure here carries the date it was read.
Who should stay on YouCanBookMe
Stay if you need payments, text messages, reminders, round robin, a second or third calendar, or calendars outside Google. Stay too if the Free plan already covers you; there is no reason to pay anyone while it does.
PeachCalendar fits a narrower case: one person with one Google Calendar who wants a booking page with unlimited event types. It costs $30 once, and you can set up your booking page before paying. It has no payments, no SMS reminders, no team scheduling and no calendars besides Google, so anyone relying on those should keep their current setup.
