A YouCanBookMe alternative you pay for once

YouCanBookMe has a free plan, and for a lot of people it is enough. It gives you one booking page and one calendar connection, with your own logo and text, up to seven booking form questions, Google Meet or Zoom links and even Stripe payments. If you need a single booking link, stay there. I mean that.

The cost shows up when you want a second or third kind of meeting. Free stops at one booking page, Individual allows two for $8.10 a month on yearly billing, and Professional allows ten for $11.70 a month. PeachCalendar is $30, paid once, with unlimited event types on a Google Calendar. This page lists YouCanBookMe's prices with their source, what PeachCalendar does, and the long list of things YouCanBookMe does that it does not.

PeachCalendar is a good fit if

  • You pay for Individual or Professional mainly to get more than one booking link
  • You keep your schedule in Google Calendar and meet on Google Meet
  • You take one-on-one calls and only need the invitee's name and email
  • You would rather pay once than add another subscription for a page that rarely changes

Stay on YouCanBookMe if

  • One booking page is enough for you: the free plan already does the job at no cost
  • You collect payments at booking, ask several questions in the booking form, or send SMS messages
  • You need reminders before meetings, workflows, Zapier or HubSpot connections
  • You schedule for a team, or you check Outlook or Apple calendars

The math over 1, 3 and 5 years

The free plan is the right choice if one booking page is all you need, so it is not the comparison. Individual is the cheapest paid plan and the first one that gives you more than one page, which is the limit PeachCalendar removes. We use its yearly-billing price of $8.10 a month. If you need three or more pages, Professional at $11.70 is the plan you would actually need, and the saving is bigger.

Where YouCanBookMe is better

A real free plan

YouCanBookMe's Free plan is not a teaser. It includes one booking page, a booking form with up to seven questions, Google Meet or Zoom links and Stripe payments. If that covers your use, a $30 purchase buys you nothing.

Payments and booking form questions

YouCanBookMe can take payment through Stripe before a meeting is confirmed, and it lets you ask questions in the booking form: up to seven on Free and unlimited on Professional. PeachCalendar collects the invitee's name and email, takes no payment and has no custom questions.

Reminders, SMS and workflows

Individual adds reminder emails and SMS, and Professional adds workflows with follow-ups and no-show management. PeachCalendar sends a confirmation to the invitee and a notification to you, and nothing before the meeting.

More calendars and integrations

YouCanBookMe checks Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars and connects to Zapier and HubSpot on Professional. PeachCalendar works only with Google Calendar and has no Zapier or HubSpot connection.

Teams, groups and notice rules

The Team plan adds round robin and roles. Individual adds group sessions and minimum and maximum notice periods. PeachCalendar is built around one person's calendar and has none of these.

What a second booking link costs on YouCanBookMe

YouCanBookMe's pricing page offers a 14-day trial, then a free-forever plan or one of three paid tiers. Free is $0. Individual is $9 a month when billed monthly and $8.10 when billed yearly. Professional is $13 monthly and $11.70 yearly. Team is $18 monthly and $16.20 yearly per member. A two-year option brings the prices lower again.

The number that matters here is the count of booking pages. Free has one, Individual has two and Professional has ten. A discovery call, a one-hour session and a quick check-in are three pages, so you land on Professional. On yearly billing that is $140.40 a year, or $702 over five years. Even Individual at $8.10 adds up to $97.20 a year.

PeachCalendar costs $30 once. Against Individual on yearly billing, that is about three and a half months of fees. After that there is nothing to renew.

What you get with PeachCalendar

You create as many event types as you like, from 15 to 120 minutes, each with its own link, color, image and optional custom CSS. You set weekly availability, then block single days or set custom hours with date exceptions for holidays and travel.

Each event type picks a location: a Google Meet link generated for every booking, a phone call, an in-person address or any link you paste. The invitee sees times in their own time zone, detected automatically with a switcher, picks a slot and gets a confirmation email. The booking lands in your Google Calendar with them as a guest.

You can cancel or reschedule from your dashboard, embed the booking page on your site inline or in an iframe, and hide the Powered by badge. If you also use our other apps, a MangoForm form can end with a Book a meeting step that books a PeachCalendar event type, and GrapeLink can show your booking page on your link-in-bio page. Both are included in the $49 bundle.

Where YouCanBookMe is the better buy

YouCanBookMe is a much deeper product. Payments, booking form questions, SMS, workflows, polling, Zapier and teams are all things people choose it for, and PeachCalendar has none of them. If your clients pay when they book, or you rely on reminders to cut no-shows, the subscription pays for real features.

PeachCalendar fits a narrower person: a freelancer or consultant on Google Calendar whose paid plan is mostly there to unlock extra booking links. For that person, the rest of the feature list sits unused while the bill keeps arriving.

The honest verdict

If you need one booking page, use YouCanBookMe's free plan and keep your $30. If you pay for Individual or Professional to have several event types on Google Calendar and Meet, and you do not use payments, questions or reminders, PeachCalendar covers that for a one-time fee. If you rely on any of those extras, stay where you are. The 14-day refund on PeachCalendar lets you test it against your real calendar first.

FAQ

Is PeachCalendar a one-time payment?

Yes, $30 once for lifetime access, which lasts as long as we operate the app. It is also included in the $49 F*ckSubscription bundle with our other apps, and there is a 14-day full refund.

Is YouCanBookMe free?

It has a free plan with one calendar connection and one booking page. Paid plans are Individual at $9 monthly or $8.10 yearly, Professional at $13 or $11.70, and Team at $18 or $16.20 per member. Prices come from youcanbook.me/pricing, checked on 2026-10-10.

Should I switch if I only need one booking link?

No. The free YouCanBookMe plan covers one booking page, including form questions, Meet or Zoom links and payments. PeachCalendar is for people who need several event types and want to stop paying monthly for them.

Does PeachCalendar work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Bookings are created as events in your Google Calendar with the invitee added, and each can carry a Google Meet link. Outlook and Apple calendars are not supported.

Does PeachCalendar take payments or send reminders?

No. It has no payment step and no reminder emails or SMS. It sends a confirmation email to the invitee and a notification to you. If you need payments or reminders, YouCanBookMe is the better fit.
