Terms of Service

What we sell

• The bundle: a one-time payment that gives you a license key for lifetime access to our live apps (currently GrapeLink, MangoForm, PeachCalendar, GuavaTeam and KiwiProof; for KiwiProof the bundle unlocks the Pro plan). You activate the key in each app. Your use of each app is also subject to that app's own terms.
• Packs (Starter, Growth): a code boilerplate plus the services described on the pack's page at the time of purchase (calls, setup, content, support).

Prices are shown on each page and charged once. There is no subscription and no renewal.

What "lifetime" means

Lifetime access means access for as long as we operate the app, with the updates we ship, at no extra cost. If we ever discontinue an app, we will tell license holders by email at least 30 days in advance and let them export their data.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your license key or pack confirmation is sent by email to the address used at checkout; if it doesn't arrive, contact us.

Refunds

If you're not happy, email martin@fcksubscription.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. For packs, services already delivered (for example a call that took place) may be deducted. When a bundle is refunded, its license key may be deactivated.

Your license key

A bundle license is for you or your own business. Don't resell, share or publish your key. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or obtained fraudulently.

Boilerplate code

Code delivered with a pack may be used to build and ship your own products, commercial included, but may not be resold or redistributed as a boilerplate or template.

Acceptable use

Don't use our apps for anything illegal, for spam, or to harm others or our infrastructure. We may suspend access in case of abuse.

Liability

We work hard to keep the apps running, but they are provided as they are, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Significant changes will be announced by email to license holders.
