Calendly pricing explained, plan by plan
Calendly has four plans: Free, Standard, Teams and Enterprise. Two AI add-ons, Notetaker and Callie, sit on top of Standard and Teams. Every price on this page was read from Calendly's own pricing page on 2026-10-05, in US dollars.
The number to remember is the seat. Calendly bills per person who connects a calendar and hosts meetings, so a plan that looks like $10 on the pricing page is $10 for each person, every month, for as long as you use it. The people who book with you never need a seat.

What Calendly does well
Team scheduling that actually exists
Round-robin distribution, routing forms, centrally managed event types and Salesforce updates are all on the Teams plan. If several people share one booking flow, few tools at any price match this.
Payments, reminders and integrations on Standard
Standard already includes automated reminders, Stripe and PayPal collection at booking, HubSpot and Mailchimp. Those are the features that reduce no-shows and let you charge before a call.
A free plan that is a real product
Free gives one event type, one calendar and a customizable booking page with no time limit. For someone who offers exactly one kind of meeting, it can be all they ever need.
Breadth of calendars and video tools
The feature table lists Google, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Office 365 calendars, plus Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for video. Few small tools cover that many combinations.
What a seat means on Calendly
Calendly's pricing page states that seats are required for users to connect calendars and host meetings, and that invitees do not require a seat. So the price is multiplied by the number of people who own a booking link, not by the number of people who book.
For a solo consultant that multiplier is one. For a studio with four coaches who each have their own calendar, Standard at the yearly rate is four times $10 a month, which is $480 a year before any add-on. The yearly rate is shown as a saving of 17 percent on Standard and 20 percent on Teams, and it only applies if you commit to twelve months.
Monthly or yearly billing
The pricing page opens on yearly billing and shows the lower figure: $10 for Standard and $16 for Teams. Switch the toggle to monthly and the same plans read $12 and $20. Over one year of Standard, that is $120 against $144 for one seat.
Yearly billing is the cheaper way to buy, but it is also a larger commitment. If you are testing whether you will keep using a scheduling tool at all, the monthly price is the honest cost of the experiment.
The AI add-ons change the price tier
Notetaker and Callie are sold as Standard Plus and Teams Plus. On yearly billing Standard Plus is $18 per seat per month and Teams Plus is $24; monthly billing is $24 and $32. On yearly billing that is $8 more per seat each month than the base plan, on both Standard and Teams.
If you only want a booking link, you can ignore these tiers entirely. The base Standard plan has everything in the scheduling column of the pricing page without them.
What one seat costs over one, two and three years
One seat of Standard on yearly billing costs $120 after a year, $240 after two and $360 after three. On monthly billing the figures are $144, $288 and $432. A team of five on Teams with yearly billing pays $960 a year, so $2,880 over three years, assuming Calendly keeps the current price.
The page below the table calculates these numbers for the scenarios listed above. Calendly can change its prices at any time, which is why every figure here carries the date it was read.
Who should stay on Calendly
If you route leads, share meetings across teammates, take payment at booking or need Outlook support, the subscription buys you features a simple booking page does not have. Paying for those is reasonable.
If you are one person with a handful of event types and a Google calendar, the part of Standard you use is the unlimited event types, and that is the part to weigh against a one-time purchase. PeachCalendar costs $30 once and covers that case, without reminders, payments or team features.
FAQ
How much does Calendly cost per month?
Free costs $0. Standard is $10 per seat per month on yearly billing or $12 billed monthly. Teams is $16 on yearly billing or $20 monthly. Enterprise starts at $15k a year. Prices read from calendly.com/pricing on 2026-10-05.
Do the people who book with me need a Calendly seat?
No. Calendly's pricing page says meeting invitees do not require a seat. Only people who connect a calendar and host meetings do.
What does the Calendly Free plan not include?
Free is limited to one event type and one calendar connection. Automations, reminders, payment collection and the HubSpot and Mailchimp connections start on Standard.
Is there a cheaper way to get unlimited event types?
Calendly sells them only from Standard. Other tools price them differently, and some are bought once instead of monthly. Check what you really use before comparing, since reminders, payments and team features do not carry over everywhere.
Is Calendly's price the same in every country?
The figures here are the US dollar prices. Calendly shows Enterprise in USD only, and local pricing pages may display other currencies, so check the page from your own region before you budget.
