Doodle pricing explained: a free tier, then Pro and Team per seat
Doodle has four tiers: Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise. Free costs $0. Pro is $11 per seat per month on yearly billing, Team is $16 per seat per month on yearly billing, and Enterprise starts at USD 15,000 a year with a custom quote. The figures below come from doodle.com/en/premium, in US dollars, read on 2026-10-11.
One detail needs explaining. The page leads with the yearly price per seat and states the saving against month-to-month billing: USD 48 a year for Pro, and USD 120 a year for two Team seats. The monthly prices in this page, $15 for Pro and $21 for Team, are worked out from those stated savings, not printed as a separate number. Doodle's Free plan also shows ads, and it limits you to one group poll, one booking page and one 1:1 meeting type at a time.

What Doodle does well
Group polls are the core product
Doodle's starting point is finding a time that works for many people: you offer options, participants mark what suits them, and you pick the winner. Booking pages came later. If most of your scheduling is a committee, a class or a friends' dinner, the poll is what you are paying for.
A usable free tier
Free gives you a group poll, a booking page, a 1:1 meeting type and basic sign-up sheets at $0. The cost is ads and the cap of one of each, but a person who schedules occasionally can live inside it.
Poll controls on Pro
Deadlines, reminders and hiding participants from each other sit on Pro, along with unlimited polls and sign-up sheets. Those are the controls that matter when a poll goes to strangers or to a large group.
Team administration
Team lists an admin console, roles, co-hosts, booking on behalf of someone else, activity reports and Stripe payments. A group that shares scheduling duties gets tools a solo plan does not have.
What the free plan covers
Free is a trial you can keep. It allows one group poll, one booking page, one 1:1 meeting type and basic sign-up sheets. Ads appear for you and for the people you invite. For someone who schedules a handful of things a year, nothing forces a payment.
The limit is the number of live items. A second poll or a second kind of meeting means Pro. Think about how many you need at once before you count the ads as the main cost.
What Pro adds
Pro removes the caps: unlimited polls, booking pages, 1:1 meeting types and sign-up sheets. It adds deadlines, reminders and the option to hide participants, plus Zoom, Teams and Webex links, and removes the ads.
Most people who pay for Doodle end up here. Pro is the plan for a person, with one seat, doing their own scheduling. Whether it is worth $132 a year depends on whether you use polls or only booking pages.
What Team adds
Team costs about $5 more per seat per month than Pro on yearly billing. For that you get an admin console, roles, co-hosts, booking on behalf of a colleague, activity reports, custom branding, Stripe payments and AI-written descriptions.
These are organisational tools. A freelancer rarely needs roles or an admin console, and a company of ten almost always does. The decision between Pro and Team is about how many people share the account, not about meeting volume.
How the yearly saving works
The pricing page shows the yearly price per seat and states what yearly billing saves: USD 48 a year on Pro, and USD 120 a year for two Team seats. Divide those by twelve months and the seats involved and you get $4 a month on Pro and $5 a month per Team seat. Adding that to $11 and $16 gives $15 and $21 on monthly billing.
So one person pays $132 a year on Pro with yearly billing, or $180 month to month, which is $396 against $540 over three years. Two Team seats are $384 a year on yearly billing, or $504 monthly. Five Team seats on yearly billing are $960 a year, or $2,880 over three years. Doodle can change these prices, so each figure carries the date it was read.
Who should stay on Doodle
Stay if you use group polls. Finding a time for many people is the reason Doodle exists, and a one-time booking tool that only offers your own open slots does not do that. Stay too if you need sign-up sheets, poll deadlines, Teams or Webex links, an admin console, roles or Stripe payments. Teams should stay on Team.
PeachCalendar fits a narrow case: a solo booker who pays for Pro mostly to have more than one booking page or meeting type, using Google Calendar. It costs $30 once, and you can set up your booking page for free before paying to take bookings. Compared with $132 a year on Pro, it passes that cost in about three months. It has no polls, no sign-up sheets and no team features.
