The SavvyCal alternative you pay for once

SavvyCal has no free plan. You get a trial, then Basic costs $10 a month per user on yearly billing, or $12 if you pay month to month. That is $120 to $144 a year for each person who has a booking link.

PeachCalendar is a booking app for $30, paid once. It has unlimited event types, a public booking page, Google Calendar events and Google Meet links. This page lists SavvyCal's prices with their source, what five years of Basic adds up to, what PeachCalendar does today, and where SavvyCal is clearly ahead.

PeachCalendar is a good fit if

  • You're a freelancer, coach or consultant who takes one-on-one calls
  • You pay for SavvyCal Basic mainly to have several booking links, not for team features
  • You keep your schedule in Google Calendar and meet on Google Meet
  • You would rather pay once than carry another per-user subscription

Stay on SavvyCal if

  • You use round robin, collective availability or group scheduling with teammates
  • You need Stripe payments at booking time, or workflows that send reminders before a meeting
  • You rely on SavvyCal's Zapier, CRM, API or webhook connections
  • You schedule on Outlook or another non-Google calendar

The math over 1, 3 and 5 years

Basic is the cheapest SavvyCal plan and covers unlimited links, which is what PeachCalendar does. We use the yearly-billing price for one user ($10 a month). Premium costs more and adds custom domains, paid bookings and branding removal; PeachCalendar can hide its own Powered by badge but offers neither of the other two.

Where SavvyCal is better

Team scheduling

SavvyCal lists collective mode, round robin and group mode on its pricing page, and every plan includes teams. PeachCalendar is built around one person's calendar and has no team features at all.

Payments at booking

Premium lets you connect Stripe and require payment before a time is reserved, and SavvyCal's features page says it can calculate sales tax, VAT and GST. PeachCalendar has no payment step in its booking flow.

Reminders, workflows and integrations

Basic includes workflows that send timed messages to cut no-shows, plus Zapier, CRM integrations, an API and webhooks. PeachCalendar sends a confirmation email and a notification to you, but no reminders before a meeting, and it has no Zapier or API access.

Meeting polls and time defense

SavvyCal offers meeting polls for group scheduling, frequency limits per day, week or month, time blocks and clustered meetings to protect focus time. PeachCalendar has none of these; you set weekly availability and date exceptions, and that is the whole toolkit.

Custom domains and delegation

Premium adds custom domains, custom sending domains and delegated access so an assistant can manage your links. PeachCalendar booking pages live on its own domain and there is no delegate role.

What a booking link costs on SavvyCal

SavvyCal sells two plans and no free one. It lets you try the product first and backs the paid plans with a 30-day money-back guarantee, according to its pricing page. After that, Basic is $12 a month, or $10 a month when you pay for the year. Premium is $20 monthly or $17 on yearly billing. Both prices are per user.

For one person that is $120 a year on Basic with yearly billing. Over five years it comes to $600, and the figure grows with every extra person who needs a link. A booking page changes rarely: you set your hours, pick your event types and share the URL. Paying a recurring fee for that is the part many solo professionals push back on.

PeachCalendar costs $30 once, which is about three months of SavvyCal Basic on yearly billing. After that there is nothing to renew.

What you get with PeachCalendar

You create as many event types as you like, from 15 to 120 minutes, each with its own link, color, image and optional custom CSS. A discovery call, a paid session and a short check-in can sit side by side. You define weekly availability, then block individual days or set custom hours with date exceptions for holidays and travel.

Every event type picks a location: a Google Meet link generated for each booking, a phone call, an in-person address or any link you paste, such as your own video room. Your invitee sees times in their own time zone, detected automatically with a switcher if they travel, and confirms a slot. The meeting lands in your Google Calendar with them as a guest, and both of you get an email.

If plans change, you cancel or reschedule from your dashboard, and the Google event is updated as long as the calendar stays connected. The booking page can be embedded on your site inline or in an iframe, and the Powered by badge can be hidden.

Where SavvyCal is the better buy

SavvyCal is a deeper product, and its pricing page shows it. Teams, round robin, polls, workflows, Zapier, an API and paid bookings are all things people use it for, and PeachCalendar offers none of them. If your team shares links or you collect money when someone books, the subscription is buying real features and you should keep it.

PeachCalendar fits a narrower person: someone whose Basic plan is mostly unlimited links on top of Google Calendar and Meet. For that use, the extra tools sit unused while the bill keeps arriving.

The honest verdict

If you book one-on-one calls through Google Calendar and your SavvyCal Basic plan is mainly a way to have several links, PeachCalendar covers that for roughly three months of what Basic costs per year. If you need team scheduling, reminders, payments, polls or integrations, SavvyCal is the better tool today and worth what it costs. You can also use the 14-day refund on PeachCalendar to test it against your real calendar before deciding.
