An Endorsal alternative if the wall is what you pay for
Endorsal is a social proof tool with a long feature list: automated requests by email and SMS, video testimonials, floating widgets, popups, a public wall and a public API. Its pricing page is built around a slider for how many customers you ask and how many visitors you get, and the price moves with it. I read the page on 2026-10-20 and quote only what it shows.
The detail that matters for this page is where the wall sits. On the pricing table, the Wall of Love and branding removal are missing from Starter and appear from Professional, which starts at $79 a month. KiwiProof costs $29 once, or $59 once on Pro, and the Pro plan is included in the F*ckSubscription bundle. If you pay Endorsal mostly to collect quotes and show them on a wall, the gap is large. If you use its requests, video or popups, read the sections on what we lack and stay.
KiwiProof is a good fit if
- You ask your own customers for a few words by sending them a link, then approve what comes back and show it on your site
- You moved up to Professional because the Wall of Love and branding removal start there, not for SMS or video
- You work alone or with a small client list and want one payment instead of a bill that scales with contacts and visitors
- Text, a star rating, an optional photo and a pasted video link are all your testimonials need to be
Stay on Endorsal if
- You collect video testimonials directly on Endorsal and rely on its recording time, quality and download options
- You send requests to a contact list by email or SMS and want them scheduled for you
- You use popups, social posting of your best quotes or incentivised requests, or you have several teammates logging in with roles

The math over 1, 3 and 5 years
Professional is the cheapest Endorsal plan that has a Wall of Love and removes Endorsal branding, which are the parts of KiwiProof that compare. Starter is $39 a month but lacks both, so it is not a like-for-like match. The page showed no yearly rate to me, so only the monthly price is used, and it is the price at the lowest contact and visitor tier.

What KiwiProof does
Only features that exist in KiwiProof today. If it isn't in this table, assume we don't have it.
| Feature | KiwiProof | Endorsal |
|---|---|---|
| Shareable no-login collection form per space: name, role/company, star rating, testimonial text, optional photo (JPEG/PNG/WebP, max 2 MB) and an optional YouTube or Loom link | Included | EndoForms, a testimonial form matched to your brand, plus pre-filled SuperLinks |
| Wall of love, carousel or single-quote widget, light or dark, embedded with a script tag (auto height) or an iframe, showing approved testimonials only | Included | Embeddable widgets are listed on every plan, with visitor caps from 1,000 a month on Free |
| Public wall of love page per space (/wall/<slug>), server-rendered and indexable once it has approved testimonials, linked from the dashboard and listed in the sitemap | Included | Wall of Love from Professional; not on Free or Starter |
| Brand color, logo, question and thank-you message per space; no KiwiProof badge on widgets | Included | Endorsal branding removed from Professional |
| Custom domain for your wall (Pro): connect a hostname you control (CNAME + TXT proof); only the public wall is served there, not the dashboard | Included | Custom domains are listed for the capture form from Professional; the table does not say the wall can use one |
| Switch from Senja or Testimonial.to: upload their CSV export, or any CSV where you pick the columns; preview before anything is saved; duplicates skipped; imported testimonials arrive pending (never published automatically) and keep their original date; photos and hosted videos are not imported | Included | Import from other platforms or by CSV upload is a listed feature |
| Import your Google reviews from a Google Takeout export, or paste them one by one | Included | Import from platforms such as Google and Facebook, and customers can publish to Google My Business, Facebook Pages and Yelp |
| Read-only REST API on Solo and Pro: create API keys in Account (shown once, revocable), list your spaces and testimonials (approved by default), and poll new testimonials from Zapier or Make | Included | A public API with 2,500 to 100,000 calls a month on Starter and Professional; none on Free |
| Optionally email each PeachCalendar meeting attendee a testimonial request after the meeting (off by default, PeachCalendar connected; 1-72h delay, one per person per 30 days, at most 50 a day, one-click unsubscribe) | Included | AutoRequests by email and SMS, capped at 50 to 5,000 emails a month by plan |
| Video testimonials as a pasted YouTube or Loom link, embedded in the widget (no recording or hosting) | Included | Video testimonials collected on Endorsal: 10 on Starter and 25 on Professional at the lowest tier |
Where Endorsal is better
Automated requests by email and SMS
Endorsal's AutoRequests send messages for you, by email and by SMS, and the pricing table gives monthly allowances for both. KiwiProof gives you a link, a request message and a QR code to send yourself, plus an optional email after a PeachCalendar meeting. It cannot message a list of customers on a schedule, so if outreach is the part you pay for, Endorsal does more.
Video recorded and kept on the platform
Endorsal lists video testimonials with a length limit of 2 to 15 minutes by plan, quality up to 4K, downloads and animated previews. KiwiProof shows a video only as a pasted YouTube or Loom link. It does not record or host one. A business whose proof is mostly face-to-camera clips should not switch.
A wider social proof toolbox
Beyond the wall, Endorsal sells FOMO popups, a floating ReviewHQ widget, review marketing that shares quotes to social channels and incentivised requests. KiwiProof shows a wall, carousel, masonry grid, searchable grid or spotlight, and stops there. No popups, no social posting, no rewards for leaving a review.
Teams and more properties
Endorsal lists unlimited team members with roles, and three or five properties on its higher plans. KiwiProof is one login per account, with one space on Solo and unlimited spaces on Pro. If several colleagues manage the testimonials under their own accounts, that gap is real.
What Endorsal charges
Endorsal prices by how big your audience is. The pricing page asks how many customers you request testimonials from and how many unique visitors see your tools each month, then shows a price. At the lowest setting I saw Starter at $39 a month and Professional at $79 a month. The comparison table says Starter covers 500 to 10,000 contacts and 2,500 to 50,000 visitors, so those two numbers are a starting point, not a ceiling on the bill.
There is also a Free plan with 100 contacts and 1,000 monthly visitors, and a 14-day trial. Free keeps the core features, which is worth knowing: a site with a handful of customers and low traffic may never need to pay. The Wall of Love, though, is listed from Professional only, and so is the removal of Endorsal branding.
The cost math against Professional
Professional at $79 a month is $948 over twelve months and $2,844 over three years, at the lowest contact and visitor tier. KiwiProof Solo is $29 once and Pro is $59 once. The first month of Professional already costs more than the Pro license, and by the end of the first year the difference is $889 in favor of paying once.
Against Starter at $39 a month the numbers are smaller: $468 a year. But Starter has no Wall of Love and keeps Endorsal branding, so the fair comparison for a public wall without a badge is Professional. If you only need widgets with branding left on, Free may already cover you, and then switching saves nothing.
How KiwiProof handles the same job
Each client or brand gets a space with a public collection link. You write the question and the thank-you message, add up to three extra questions that either show on the wall or stay private, and choose whether rating, role, photo and video link are hidden, optional or required. Everyone ticks a consent box before submitting, and a testimonial without consent cannot be approved.
Submissions land in an inbox where you approve, reject, edit, tag or search, and act on up to 100 at once. Approved quotes appear in a wall, carousel, masonry grid, grid with search or one-quote spotlight, in light or dark, on a page of their own or embedded on your site with a script tag or an iframe. Widgets carry no KiwiProof badge. A rating badge and downloadable image cards for social posts are included too.
Moving over is possible if you can export your quotes: upload a CSV, pick the columns, check the preview, and the testimonials arrive as pending with their original dates. Photos and hosted videos do not come along.
When to stay on Endorsal
Stay if the Free plan covers your volume, if you depend on the automated email and SMS requests, or if your best proof is video that lives on Endorsal. Stay if you run popups or need teammates with roles.
Switch if you moved to Professional to get a branded-free wall, your testimonials are written by customers you contact yourself, and the monthly invoice is the thing you notice. That is a narrower group than Endorsal's whole audience, and I would rather you check the list above than move because $79 a month sounds like a lot.
