The Bookeo alternative with a one-time payment

Bookeo has no free plan. After a 30-day trial, the smallest plan, Solo, is $14.95 a month for one consultant, one staff login and 200 bookings a month. Its pricing page shows no yearly discount, so a year of Solo is $179.40.

PeachCalendar is a booking app that costs $30, paid once. It gives one person a public booking page, unlimited event types, Google Calendar events and Google Meet links. Below you will find Bookeo's plans with their source, what Solo adds up to over a few years, what PeachCalendar does today, and the long list of things Bookeo does that PeachCalendar does not.

PeachCalendar is a good fit if

  • You work alone as a coach, tutor, consultant or therapist and take one-to-one appointments
  • You pay for Bookeo Solo mainly to have a page where clients pick a time
  • You keep your schedule in Google Calendar and meet on Google Meet, by phone or in person
  • You would rather pay once than add another monthly line to your accounts

Stay on Bookeo if

  • You run a studio or tour business with several staff, teachers or rooms on one calendar
  • You need clients to sign waivers or receive text-message reminders from your booking tool
  • You take card payments through your booking page
  • You schedule on a calendar other than Google Calendar

The math over 1, 3 and 5 years

Solo is Bookeo's cheapest plan and the only one built for a single person, which is who PeachCalendar is for. Bookeo's pricing page lists monthly billing only, so the comparison uses $14.95 a month. Small and Standard add staff and bookings that PeachCalendar cannot match, so they are not the fair comparison.

Where Bookeo is better

Several staff, teachers and rooms

Bookeo's plans go from 1 consultant on Solo to 3 on Small, 20 on Standard and 60 teachers and rooms on X-large, each with their own staff login. PeachCalendar is built for one person's calendar, so a business with several people taking bookings should stay on Bookeo.

Digital waivers

Bookeo sells a Digital Waivers add-on from $9 a month for 200 waivers, up to $249 a month for 10,000, integrated with your bookings. PeachCalendar has no waiver or document-signing feature.

Text-message and fax notifications

Bookeo sells SMS and fax credits, from $5 for 40 credits to $100 for 1,100, to notify you and to send SMS reminders to customers. PeachCalendar sends email only.

Online payments through gateways

Bookeo says it charges no commission on payments and connects to major payment gateways, which charge their own fees. PeachCalendar's booking flow has no step where the invitee pays.

A seasonal freeze

If your business is seasonal, Bookeo will freeze your account in the off-season for 30% of the normal monthly fee, keeping your settings. Its own FAQ is clear that no new bookings can be taken while frozen. PeachCalendar has no monthly fee to reduce.

What a booking page costs on Bookeo

Bookeo gives you 30 days to try every feature without a card. When the trial ends it emails you to pick a paid plan, and your card is then billed every month until you cancel. Solo is $14.95 a month, Small is $29.95 and Standard is $39.95, with Large at $79.95 and X-large at $119.95 above that. The pricing page lists these monthly figures only, so we show the yearly price as not listed.

For one person on Solo that is $179.40 a year, or $897 over five years, and the plan stops at 200 bookings a month. Bookeo counts a booking for three people as one booking, which is generous. Its FAQ also says you can cancel from your account console without calling anyone, and that a refund is possible within 30 days of your first paid month.

PeachCalendar costs $30 once. That is roughly the price of two months of Solo. After that nothing renews, and the same $30 buys back the booking page you would otherwise rent.

What you get with PeachCalendar

You create as many event types as you want, from 15 to 120 minutes, and each one gets its own link, colour and image. You set weekly availability, then block single days or set special hours for holidays. Invitees see times in their own time zone, detected automatically.

Every event type picks where you meet: a Google Meet link made for each booking, a phone call, an address, or any link you paste. Each booking becomes an event in your Google Calendar with the invitee on it. You can add up to 10 questions to the booking page, turn on approval so that a booking waits for your yes, and set a cancellation cutoff with a policy text shown to the invitee.

On the paperwork side, you get a confirmation email with a calendar file for the invitee, reminder emails 24 hours and/or 1 hour before if you switch them on, a private note per meeting, a CSV export and signed webhooks to your own URLs. You can build your page and see it for free before paying; bookings open once you pay the $30.

Where Bookeo is the better buy

Bookeo is made for businesses where the thing being booked is a person's time and often a room: a studio, a tutoring centre, a guide service. Its plans scale by consultants and bookings, and its add-ons cover waivers and text messages. If you have staff, if clients must sign something before they arrive, or if you need payments at booking, the subscription pays for work PeachCalendar will not do.

The person PeachCalendar suits is narrower. It is the solo professional whose Solo plan is mostly a page where people pick a time, with the calendar and the video call living in Google. For that use, the staff logins, waivers and credits go unused while the monthly charge continues.

The honest verdict

If you are alone, use Google Calendar and Meet, and take appointments that are free to book, PeachCalendar replaces Bookeo Solo for $30 once, which is under two months of what Solo costs. If you have a team, a venue, waivers or text messages, stay on Bookeo; those features are what you are paying for. You can test PeachCalendar against your real calendar, and the 14-day refund covers the rest.

FAQ

Is PeachCalendar a one-time payment?

Yes, $30 once for lifetime access, which lasts as long as we operate the app. You can build your booking page and see it before paying; the $30 is what opens bookings. It is also included in the $49 F*ckSubscription bundle with our other apps, and there is a 14-day refund.

How much does Bookeo cost?

Bookeo Appointments starts at $14.95 a month on Solo (1 consultant, 200 bookings a month), then $29.95 on Small, $39.95 on Standard, $79.95 on Large and $119.95 on X-large. Its pricing page lists no yearly price and no free plan, only a 30-day trial. Prices come from bookeo.com/appointments/pricing, checked on 2026-10-23.

Can PeachCalendar handle several staff members?

No. PeachCalendar serves one person's calendar. It has no staff logins, no shared team calendar and no room or resource booking. If several people take bookings, Bookeo is the better fit.

Does PeachCalendar work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Each booking is created as an event in your Google Calendar with the invitee added, and a cancel or reschedule you make in PeachCalendar updates that event while the calendar stays connected. Other calendars aren't supported.

Does PeachCalendar send reminders?

It sends reminder emails, set per event type, 24 hours and/or 1 hour before the meeting, to the invitee and/or to you. There are no text-message reminders, and there are no waivers.
